GRAY'S BUILDING AND RESTORATION
EST 1980
A handsome In-law cottage
barrel vault ceiling
Custom kitchen cabinets, made from trees that were harvested from clearing the lot
Garden shed, with wood shop/man cave
Single floor rancher modeled into second story for a growing family. We were able to do it in such a way that the family maintained residence the entire time.
An addition whose design was sensitive to the existing house
Best of both worlds, screened sitting room and lounge deck.
Built in the Georgian colonial style, with a salt box garage wing.
Before hand this window and color scheme did not exist.
We know our craft. Custom window being built from scratch.
-Architect Andrew Dean
After harvesting desirable logs from the lot clearing we have the local Amish rough cut all our timbers into these boards
We then take our rough cut timber and mill it to an according finish, here you can see a before and after board of hickory
Small deck and addition
